The Family Support Center of Martha’s Vineyard Community Services provides support to families that include family members with disabilities living at home. Supports include information and referral, individualized planning, technical assistance with applying for entitlements, arranging networking and training opportunities, transportation, etc. Partnering with other community agencies in hopes of meeting needs within the community is a high priority. Individualized supports are available to families determined eligible through the Dept. of Developmental Services (DDS) and the community at large can take advantage of training, parent/family networking opportunities and community events that are offered.
