Dr. Howard travels to Nantucket monthly to provide Vet Center services to eligible Island Veterans at 2 locations, including Saltmarsh Senior Center and access nantucket. Hyannis Vet Center Team:
Jocelyn Howard, Psy.D.
Acting Team Leader Hyannis Vet Center
Dr. Howard earned her Masters and Doctorate degrees in clinical psychology at the University of Denver. Her specialty areas are treating trauma survivors, particularly veterans with combat PTSD, and families and children of veterans. She has extensive experience conducting therapy and supervising other providers through her many years working as a VA Psychologist in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Providence VAMCs. She has worked as a Research Clinical Psychologist on both local and national grants focused on developing cutting-edge PTSD treatments for veterans.
